Meet Glenn Alton
I am originally from Markdale, Ontario Canada and moved to this great area in 1999. I am a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. My professional career began in the retail automotive industry, working and ultimately managing Alton Pontiac Buick with my family in Canada. After moving to Florida I worked in several departments of a local Cadillac dealership before becoming a Realtor.
I have a strong passion for this community and love working as a Realtor. I believe that one of my competitive advantages is that I started working as a Realtor at the beginning of the recent Real Estate downturn. Through hard work and perseverance I have been able to survive and thrive with the improvement in our marketplace.
In 2010 I was a member of the International Sterling Society and in 2012 and 2013 I was a recipient of The International President’s Circle which put me in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally.
In 2014 I transferred my license to Keller Williams Realty and the “The Alton and Costello Team” was formed with the addition of Susan Costello a licensed Realtor with exceptional skills and Alisha Weaver, our licensed assistant. Susan and Alisha are both Englewood natives and share my passion for the community.
We have been successful at working with sellers to market and sell their properties at the right price. We have an aggressive marketing plan and good communication skills. We have also worked with several buyers in successfully finding the right property at the right price. We work hard, love what we do and like to have “fun” with our customers along the way.

Meet Susan Costello
Susan is a true native Floridian as she was born and raised in Englewood, Florida. Susan graduated from State College of Florida with an A.S. Degree in Legal Assistant studies and worked at a local law firm for 28 years. During the last 4 years of employment at the law firm, Susan specialized in short sale negotiations with various lenders to help homeowners who were underwater and facing financial hardships. Since becoming a Realtor, Susan continues to successfully negotiate short sales. Susan's background knowledge of the title process and her organizational skills will ensure a smooth and successful closing of your transaction. Susan lives in Englewood with her husband and two children.
